SIGMA Circuits Design - is an Innovative Engineering Service Bureau specialized in INTERCONNECTING and PACKAGING ELECTRONIC CIRCUITS. SIGMA is the official host of the IPC Montreal Designers Council Chapter since February 2003.

PRINTED CIRCUIT BOARD (PCB) LAYOUT DESIGN:
We are offering more than 15 years of experience in PCB Layout Design including:
- High density and high speed digital, analog and RF circuits.
- Single, Double & Multi Layers Technology, Through-hole, SMT, Fine Pitch Devices and double sided mounting components including BGA, FPGA, PLCC, DSP etc..
- Micro, Buried and Blind Vias.
- Signal Integrity covering EMI & Crosstalk issues, Mixed Analog/Digital circuits, Impedance controlled traces (Stripline, Microstrip), Signal pairs and parallels, Clock traces and Embedded Capacitance.
- All our Designs are designed to and reviewed for Manufacturing, Assembly, Testability and Reliability(DFM-DFA-DFT-DFR) according to IPC standards. We can design up to your recommendations and according to Military Specifications.
- Full Project Documentation: Schematic Diagram, Bill Of Material (BOM), Fabrication and Assembly Drawings.
- CAD/CAM Expertise in OrCad, PADS, PCAD and Cadence (Concept-Composer-Allegro)
